  2. Positivty- Be on the lookout for all of the good things you have in your life! Write down 3 things that you are grateful for each day and reflect on those to help you relax and bring positivity into your life.
  3. Positive Self-Talk- When you say or think negative things about yourself, your mind starts to believe it. When you think or say positive things about yourself, it helps uplift you!
