Gut-Friendly Shamrock Shake Recipe

Don't wait for the luck of the Irish to get your health back in line.  Tons of new research is linking gut-health to a number of chronic health conditions such as chronic pain and inflammation, Rheumatoid arthritis, obesity, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, depression, Alzheimer's disease, and many others.  If you've never heard about the role of the "microbiome" you're in for a mind-blowing revolution in the way you view your health.  Did you know there are more bacteria in your gut than there are human cells in your ENTIRE BODY?

And those bacteria send powerful signals to your nervous system that dramatically influence how your body functions.  There's an intricate balance of bacteria in your gut that allows you to function optimally, and how you feed and maintain those bacteria through your diet, activity level, and other chemicals (medication, skin care products, household cleaning products, etc) that you expose yourself to can make a HUGE difference your physical health, mental health, and energy level.

Could Your Gut Be The Cause of Your Pain, Fatigue, Or Other Chronic Health Conditions?

Take this quick 30-second quiz to find out!
