What Are These Exercises Good For?

These exercises can be used to prevent, or treat, many different types of lower body pain: hip pain, hip bursitis, sciatica, knee pain, Achilles tendinitis, plantar fasciitis, etc.

Stretching is only ONE piece of the puzzle though.  MORE flexibility is not always better.  You need equal balance between flexibility and strength in all of your muscle groups, plus muscle groups need to work together.
