While it does have the look and feel of a clinical traction unit, the reviews that I've heard from patients with neck pain is that it doesn't seem quite as helpful as the clinical traction units.
It can potentially be uncomfortable if you have pain at the base of your skull. Additionally, some patients have said that it slip off of their skull
