MOVE Wellness Classes 2024

Movement Is One Of The BEST Things You Can Do For Your Health

Physical activity shouldn't be something you dread though.

The word "exercise" can be intimidating, especially if you haven't done it consistently for awhile.

But in reality, all you have to do is MOVE.

To stick with it over the longer term though, it takes more than that... it should also be FUN.

That's where our MOVE Wellness Classes come in!

During this 6-week wellness class,  you'll get in the habit of moving regularly... and learning how to have fun doing it.

This classes is specially designed for people age 50+ with a low-to-moderate fitness level.

You'll meet with a small group (max 12 people per class), 2 times per week.

The first session will be Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:00pm, January 9 - February 15, 2024.

Group exercise is known to help people stay consistent with exercise.

If you're trying to DIY (do-it-yourself), it's easy to skip a workout because no one else will notice.

However, when you have an instructor and small group to hold you accountable, you're more likely to show up.

And when you show up and MOVE, you'll see benefits such as:

  • Better function in everyday life
  • Improved balance
  • Feeling stronger
  • Better flexibility
  • Improved cardiovascular health
  • Decreased risk of diabetes (or better control if you already have it)
  • Better weight management
  • Decreased risk of metabolic syndrome
  • Improved stress management

... did I mention you'll have fun?

  • You want a group of people to help encourage you but also hold you accountable.
  • You want to improve your strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health.
  • You want better function in daily activities such as getting up from chairs, climbing stairs, or getting up from the floor.

Alright, that sounds pretty good but...

How Much Does It Cost?

The current price for the class is $120.

No, it's not $120 / class.

It's $120 for the entire 6-week session.

That's less than the price of 2 cups of Starbucks per week.

Less than the price of 2 fast-food meals per week.

Less than the price of a single dinner for 2 at a fancy steakhouse with drinks. 🥂 🍻

And those things aren't nearly as good for your health.

But wait, there's more...

Just to make sure you like the class, you can try the first class for only $1.

FAQ's

What is your refund policy?

We sell the classes as a package, so you pay for the entire session as a whole.  However, if you want to "try it before you buy it" you can try out the first class for only $1.

If I miss a class, can I make it up?

No. The session is sold as a whole.  The prices are already rock-bottom, so if you have to miss a class or two, it's no big deal.

That said, it's better for you if you attend all 12 classes. You've already paid for them, so you may as well get the benefit from them.  This is another form of built-in accountability.

What are the minimum fitness requirements to joint the class?

You need to be able to stand and walk on your own without the assistance of others. If you can do that, you're welcome to join.
